Current Events
After searching for six months we have finally found a race hull for Gt-Pro. Hopefully the boat will be 4-5 mph faster than the Racemaster. We’ve already started to de-rig and make modifications to the hull. Check out some pics. of the new boat on the “GT-Pro” Page.

07 Season in Review
After being discouraged in testing, only nights before the first race and plagued with what we thought was a slow boat compared to the competition, it all turned around at the home town race in Detroit Lakes, MN with two back to back heat wins in Mini-GT, and do to lack of members in the GT-Pro class, stepping up and taking a win in the first heat and second place in the second heat, which came out to be an overall win in both Mini-GT and GT-Pro Classes. The next day wasn’t the race for Kuhl Racing with fuel trouble off the start in testing which lead to not racing that day, but that wasn’t the case in Moose Lake, MN with a perfect weekend in Mini-GT, winning all four heats that weekend. Days before the next race in Little Falls, MN. we we’re plagued with a Broken down truck, which meant no enclosed trailer, so after spending late nights working on a boat trailer, and getting it road ready to be hauled to Little Falls, MN. it all paid off with another perfect weekend, winning all four heats. Finally a weekend off until the next race in Lacrosse, WI.
This was our farthest race away from home, when we got there the water was rough, maybe one to two foot waves, we knew we couldn’t perform at our best, so we decided to save our equipment and take it easy, and after doing better than we expected, taking second place behind David Sellner, it turned out to be great weekend. The next race in Hastings, MN. turned out to be a close race between Kuhl Racing and Sellner Racing, but we came out on top, by only a half of a second. Crosby, MN. was a Great Race with smooth water and good racing in the GT-Pro class, and winning all four heats in Mini-GT.
But the season wasn’t over yet. Al Robinson set up the Race For the 35W Bridge Fund Raiser in Pine City, MN. With the exception of Saturdays race being canceled due to bad weather, the weekend turned out to be a great turn out with great boat racing and snowmobiles on the water, and winning both heats on Sunday in the Mini-GT class.
Looking forward to possibly stepping up into GT-Pro for the 2008 season, after achieving my goals in the 2007, and winning Mini-GT Highpoints.
